Non use of indicators, unsafe overtaking, endangering other riders or actions considered inappropriate by SABERS Inc marshals will not be tolerated and the offending rider/s will be asked to leave the ride. SABERS Inc and its organisers will take all reasonable care and precautions when organising rides and events, however SABERS Inc, and its organisers cannot and will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, events or mishaps that may occur, for whatever reason.
