Our dear secretary and treasurer for many years succumbed to a rampant and aggressive cancer today Wednesday 14th April 2021.

In only a few weeks Trish went from feeling unwell to diagnosis of an untreatable rare cancer. With mercifully little suffering along the way she passed early this afternoon in the palliative ward of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Trish's diligent and caring manner touched many lives...family, workmates of old, volunteering mates more recently and of course club mates.

RIP dear Trish.

Please if you find this news distressing...call/text me 0438 500 094...I will get back to you. Or contact well being services such as Lifeline 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636.

From member Mark DRAKE:

RIP Trish, today we lost a truely great lady, club member & riding buddy, also a hard worker in the community giving up so much of her time for others, also a really loved person by all that had the privilege to know her. Trish's battle was brave and short, I am sure she will roll straight thru the pearly gates without hesitation, Trish is now in a better place. Thanks for the memories and great times.

From her CFS captain:

Trish has been fundamental to our function through her impeccable nature as our administration and finance coordinator as well as in other roles such as day time hotline and trailer deployment. I have spent a great deal of time with Trish in recent weeks, and her time with the CFS, and you, meant a great deal to her. She will be sorely missed.
